Palm Mar’s shoreline is to have many important features, the idea of the project conceived is to keep a traditional look and feel to the shoreline area, where the infrastructure has already been put in place with the “Paseo maritimo” the sea front promenade which has benches and garden areas, the many features to be incorporated in the shoreline subject to the Arona council approval, will be a harbour and dry dock which used to exist years ago, natural sea pools where the seawater will flow easily, a lovely sandy beach to enjoy the special micro-climate Palm-Mar offers, being located between a nature reserve and the Guaza mountain.

A new exciting feature will be a water taxi to and from Los Cristianos, making Palm-Mar ideal for residential and non-residential lifestyle.
